Heads up!!! I got sold a PSN key that was taken unlawfully, obtained through hacking into an Amazon account and misusing it. I've got written evidence from the German authorities confirming that this key is indeed stolen. BCDKEY isn't responding to my emails; seems like they couldn't care less. I swear, I won't ever shop here again! Total lack of trust!

This shop of scammers demands you to send some documents. They didn't provide the code and haven't refunded my cash.

The guy who runs this shop has a serious problem with folks who are black and have disabilities! I'm more than willing to share proof! Steer clear of this place.

These folks are total scammers! Their return policy is full of contradictions! Seriously, steer clear! I had a chat with them to figure out how their return policy works since they only sell CODES, but their policy says the product has to be in its unopened original packaging to be returned (for an emailed code?). It also states that if they send you the code via email, you can't return it. They could easily claim they sent it (and send nothing), or actually send you a bogus code, leaving you high and dry! When I asked about this, their response was, "then you shouldn't buy online." I also inquired about the ID requirement, which they conveniently don’t mention until after you place your order. Their reasoning was just absurd! I laughed and said, "hahaha, that response and that ridiculous reasoning for the ID..." They clearly didn’t appreciate my humor and instead of being professional and asking if I had more questions, they just cut off the chat! Total scammers!

They take orders for items that aren't available, and then they hit you with a 20 USD fee for refunds, even when it's their mistake. What a nice little scam, huh?

They sell codes to customers, and if you take a few days after buying to use the code, it might already be used by another person. They'll claim there's nothing they can do about it. Totally untrustworthy, and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the glowing reviews were penned by them.

If anyone saw that name, they might think it’s a scam too.

On September 19th, I bought a digital license for Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 devices, valid for a year. Before I made the purchase, I checked with your chat support twice to see if I could activate the Kaspersky license (Europe version) in Serbia, since I had seen on other selling sites that it might not be possible. I got a reassuring response from your support: yes, Serbia is part of Europe, so it shouldn't be an issue. Right after that, I reached out to your online support (chat) because I encountered an error saying 'wrong region' on two different PCs when trying to activate this license. They requested my activation key and informed me that I would need to wait until the key was sold. I'm still waiting, and my patience is wearing thin.

As of January 5, 2021, after more than 100 days, I finally received a refund. Thanks, bcdkey, but this experience will stick with me.
